You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, upload, or store on the Service ("User Content"), including audio/video recordings, notes, and images. However, by providing User Content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Service and our business, including for the purpose of providing, improving, and developing the Service. This license is solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you.

NEITHER Q HLC PARALLAX LABS NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH THE COMPANY MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE.
